The following represents our job descriptions for each staff member. We hope that this information will be useful for you by knowing what is required of our staff, their duties and expertise. Of course each staff member is required to follow all of our policies and have additional duties beyond what is written below.
Mary Coffey - CEO
Mary Coffey is responsible for the success of All Purpose Cleaning Service, Inc. Operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc. Mary sets the direction on which markets All Purpose Cleaning Service will enter, sets budgets, forms partnerships, and hires a team to steer the company accordingly.
Mary is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of All Purpose Cleaning Service including management of the profit and loss statement for the business, as well as the related resources associated with the company. She carries responsibility for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations and provides management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated programs within the company. The management portfolio held by Mary is notably diverse, with corresponding broad organizational implications and complexity, characterized by substantial scope of responsibility in this respect.
Lisa Coffey - Director of Human Resources
Lisa Coffey provides direction. management, and leadership in the administrative, business planning, accounting, budgeting, and quality efforts of All Purpose Cleaning Service. She directs, plans, organizes, coordinates and evaluates the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company, including budgeting, receipt of revenue, expenditure of funds, and conversation of assets.
Lisa also oversees the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and controlled documents, department budgets, salary updates, ledger and account maintenance and data entry, ensuring compliance with state, and federal policies and regulations, while maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards.
John Coffey - Director of Operations
John Coffey develops and implements policies and procedures to successfully produce both projects and contracts for All Purpose Cleaning Service. He is directly responsible for optimizing supplier development and management, inventory strategy and control, process control engineering, quality methods development, quality control, and facilities management to meet all quality, yield, cost, and schedule requirements.
John develops client relationships through management planning and strategy. He leads the project staff in the planning, and execution of the project activities, provide feedback to the CEO and other groups as to best plan and course of action. He is responsible for attaining budgeted gross margins, negotiates key vendor contractual agreements and acts as liaison to Senior Management. His previous experience includes Manager responsible for procurement and delivery.

All Employees are fully bonded and insured. As required by contractual agreement, over 35% of the All Purpose Staff have been issued government security clearances to complete assigned duties in security minded facilities.
All employees are drug tested prior to employment and also randomly. The nature of many of All Purpose Cleaning Service clients required us to make a Police Record Check for any criminal convictions which would be undesirable for any person appointed to undertake certain positions.
